Return & Refund Policy
At Moonlight Auto Parts Limited, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return an item within 7 days of purchase if:
The item is defective or damaged upon delivery
You received the wrong item
The item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
You have a valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation)
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return:
Items that have been used, installed, or altered
Electrical parts (e.g. alarm systems, sensors) once unsealed or used
Items marked as “Final Sale” or non-returnable
Products returned without original packaging or accessories
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us via WhatsApp, call, or email with:
- Order number
- Item(s) to return
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is defective or damaged)
2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
3. Once approved, return the item to our shop or via courier (at your cost unless we sent the wrong/defective item).
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., Mpesa, bank) within 3–7 business days.
If the item is damaged due to misuse, we will notify you and no refund will be issued.
Note: Refunds are only applicable to the cost of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.
5. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different model or variant, please contact us within 7 days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
